He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Intervention from Arizona Heart Institute and Research Foundation and Cardiovascular Disease from Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in La Jolla, CA and Michigan State University in Grand Rapids, MI.

Dr. Rossell received his medical degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. Board Certified by ABIM in Cardiovascular Disease. He completed his fellowship in Cardiology from Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
